Keep it fun.
Keep it clean.

Games get played on camera and shared with a big audience. Anything that breaks these rules is declined, and can be taken down later if it slips through.

  1. 01No profanity, nudity or sexual content.
  2. 02No political content.
  3. 03Nothing that disparages or degrades any religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other group of people.
  4. 04Nothing that harasses, threatens or targets a real person.
  5. 05Nothing illegal, and no malware, hidden downloads, miners or trackers. It has to be safe to open.
  6. 06It has to be yours: you made it, or you have the right to share everything in it.

Submitting does not guarantee a showcase

Filling out the form does not guarantee your game will be showcased, reviewed on camera, replied to or given feedback. Which games are featured, when and how is decided at Create with Mark’s sole discretion, and no reason has to be given.

Permission to feature your game

By submitting, you give Create with Mark a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to play, record, stream, screenshot, clip, describe and share your game and anything you send with it, in videos, livestreams, social posts, the newsletter, the website, the Discord and promotional material, now and in the future. You keep full ownership of your game.

You own it, or have the rights to it

You confirm that you made the game or have permission to share all of it, including code, art, music, voices and characters, and that featuring it will not infringe anyone’s rights. If your game uses characters or worlds owned by someone else, it must be an unofficial, non-commercial fan creation and labelled as one, and it may still be declined.

No payment

Submissions and showcases are unpaid. Being featured does not create any payment, revenue share, partnership, employment or sponsorship.

Honest opinions

A showcase can include honest commentary, including what did not work. Featuring a game is not an endorsement of it, its creator or anything it links to, and anyone who plays it does so at their own risk.

Credit, edits and removal

We will try to credit you with the name and links you provide, but are not responsible for mistakes. Clips may be cut for length. Create with Mark can decline a submission or take down a feature at any time. To ask for a feature to come down, email mark@marketwithmark.com; it will be removed from our own channels where reasonably possible, but copies others have already shared may remain.

Ideas are not confidential

Create with Mark builds and sees a lot of games. Submitting does not create any duty of confidentiality, and similar ideas may already be in the works or be made later. Do not send anything you need kept secret.

Age

You must be 18 or older, or at least 13 with a parent’s or guardian’s permission to submit.

Your information

Your details are collected through our form provider and used to review your submission and contact you about it, as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These rules can change at any time, and the version on this page when a game is featured applies. The site’s full terms of use also apply.
